Research & Technology Center

We conduct real-world, applied research at our multi-million dollar research facility in Navasota, Texas, USA. The test units are much larger than you'll find in most academic labs. Designed in conjunction with our industrial members, our test units are able to replicate equipment in an operating refinery or process plant. In addition to our physical research, we make extensive use of other approaches including computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and laser anemometry visualization. Our experimental data represent the largest concentration of heat transfer expertise in the world.
