HTRI Training: A Global Success Story

Over the past year, HTRI Training has been well received, engaging over 900 users across the globe. We conducted 14 online workshops, 13 live webinars, 9 in-person events (in China, Europe, Japan, Korea, and US), and 6 sessions for individual companies (in Australia, Canada, India, Spain, and US).

Our in-person events are carefully planned and executed to ensure attendees feel comfortable and can fully engage with material. These events offer numerous opportunities for attendees to ask questions, fostering meaningful discussions and spontaneous conversations that often extend into the breaks. Such interactions enhance the overall impact of the training, as attendees can relate the material to their real-world applications.

Face-to-face events also allows us to introduce HTRI (and the many benefits) to new engineers, while engaging senior engineers looking to expand their expertise. This diverse mix of attendees creates a dynamic learning environment where everyone can benefit from shared knowledge and experiences. The collaboration among attendees often leads to connections and relationships that extend well beyond the classroom. This not only helps HTRI by allowing us to better understand our members but also benefits the industries we serve.

HTRI Training creates value for both our consortium and our attendees. Attendees gain a deeper understanding of our technology and how to apply it to their challenges, while HTRI gains valuable insights into our customers and their needs. The ongoing success of HTRI Training is due to the hard work of a broad team of contributors and sets a strong foundation for future training initiatives.
